Meet the Team
With more than 15 years in the property management business, we pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. We are also active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
Holly has been actively involved in various aspects of real estate since moving to Gainesville in 2000. In 2009, she and her husband Robb founded Owens Management Group, a full-service property management company. Robb, a licensed general contractor, and Holly have spent many years buying, selling, and renting properties together. Combining their professional experience and expertise, they launched the company to provide reliable property management and maintenance services to fellow real estate investors.
Holly is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has worked with the organization to promote best practices within the industry. A proud graduate of the University of Georgia, she now lives on a small farm in Gainesville with her husband and their two children.
With over 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Jasmin specializes in providing exceptional service to sellers, buyers and tenants alike. Managing residential properties she offers a full range of services aimed at maximizing investment returns while maintaining high tenant satisfaction.
At Owens Management Group, Jasmin ensures that every property receives personalized attention. From handling routine maintenance requests to offering detailed property inspection reports Jasmin focuses on making the property management experience as smooth and stress free as possible.
A proud Gainesville resident, Jasmin lives here with her husband and three children. They are deeply rooted in the community and enjoy being a part of the local neighborhood. When not managing properties, Jasmin enjoys baking and spending time with family.
